Global Entry Appointment Tracker
Pick the enrollment centers you actually want to interview at. Our Global Entry appointment tracker keeps watch on them 24/7 and texts you the moment a slot becomes available — no refreshing, no missed openings.
What is a Global Entry appointment tracker?
A Global Entry appointment tracker is a service that watches a chosen set of enrollment centers for new interview openings and notifies you when one appears. The point of a tracker is targeted, ongoing monitoring: you tell us which centers are realistic for you to interview at, and we keep an eye on those specific locations for the entire duration of your subscription. Unlike a broad scanner that surfaces every opening nationwide, a tracker is built around the assumption that you already know where you want to go — JFK, LAX, your local field office — and you just need to know the second something opens there.
How the tracker works
Four steps from sign-up to booked interview.
1. Pick your centers
Choose up to three Global Entry, NEXUS, or SENTRI enrollment centers you're willing to interview at. Most users pick their two closest plus one backup.
2. We track them for you
The tracker checks each of your selected centers continuously for 30 days. It runs in the background — no app to keep open, no refresh button to hit.
3. You get a text
The moment a slot appears at one of your tracked centers, you receive an SMS with the date, time, location, and a direct link to book it on TTP.
4. Keep tracking until booked
Didn't catch the first alert? The tracker keeps running. Most users receive several alerts per week and book within the first ten days.
Tracker vs. scanner — which do you need?
The two terms get used interchangeably, but they describe slightly different workflows. A scanner casts a wide net — it surfaces openings across every enrollment center nationwide and is useful if you're willing to travel for the earliest possible interview. A tracker is the opposite: you commit to a small set of locations, and the service keeps targeted watch on those specific centers.
Most of our customers want the tracker behavior — they have a home airport or a field office near them and they just need to be notified when a slot opens there. The same underlying service powers both modes; the difference is how many centers you choose at sign-up. You can switch your selected centers at any time during your 30-day window.

Tracker FAQ
Can I change which centers the tracker watches after I sign up?
Yes. You can swap your tracked locations at any point during your 30-day window — useful if your travel plans change or you decide to add a backup center.
How is this different from your appointment scanner?
The underlying monitoring is the same; the difference is scope. The tracker is built around the assumption that you have specific centers in mind. The scanner is for users who want every opening surfaced regardless of location.
What happens if I never get an alert?
That's rare — most tracked centers have cancellations within a week or two. If your tracker hasn't produced any alerts after two weeks, message support and we'll audit your account to make sure the tracking is configured correctly.
Will the tracker book the slot for me?
No. Auto-booking would violate TTP's terms of service. The tracker sends you a link, and you complete the booking yourself on ttp.dhs.gov.
