The Global Entry Enrollment Center is located in the Sioux Falls Regional Airport Terminal, at the south end, across from the Rental Car counters. Take that right turn, but go to the fourth driveway. There are two parking spots designated with "CBP VISITOR PARKING" signs near the Handicapped parking spaces.
