*** ATTENTION*** Effective March 30, 2026, the Norfolk, VA Enrollment Center will now be located at 2220 Norview Ave., Norfolk, VA 23518 (Norfolk International Airport – ORF) and will be open M-F 0800-1600. The Global Entry / Custom and Border Protection Federal Inspection Services (FIS) building is a grey building located directly across from the North Lot parking area and Southwest Airlines drop off location. Once you swing around the North Lot parking area and before you come to a STOP sign, you will see a Global Entry signage that directs you to make a right to our parking lot.
