Upon crossing the road, you will be entering through the doors that say "International Arrivals". Turn left and walk passed the International Arrivals area, passed the Subway kiosk. You will see the Global Entry sign hanging from the ceiling. The Global Entry signage will be above a window where a CBP employee will be there to sign you in.
